1. Binding Agreement
By installing, downloading, or utilizing the See VPN application ("Software"), you enter into this legally binding End User License Agreement ("EULA") with Beyond Code Dev LLC ("Licensor"). Your use constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms. Disagreement requires immediate discontinuation of all Software use.
2. Software Grant

The Licensor provides two authorization tiers:

You must implement reasonable safeguards against unauthorized access, employing security
measures comparable to those used for your confidential business information.
3. Proprietary Rights
3.1 The Software constitutes protected intellectual property under:
- U.S. Copyright Law
- International copyright treaties
- Applicable trade secret statutes
3.2 All:
- Source code architecture
- Functional algorithms

System designs
remain exclusive property of Licensor.
3.3 User-submitted enhancement suggestions become Licensor property without compensation obligation.
4. Usage Limitations
4.1 Expressly Prohibited:
- Reverse engineering or decompilation
- Unauthorized redistribution
- Commercial exploitation
- Network disruption attempts
- Illegal applications
4.2 Compliance Requirements:
You must adhere to all:
- Export control regulations
- Intellectual property laws
- Jurisdictional digital statutes
5. Warranty & Liability
5.1 Performance Disclaimer
The Software is provided "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties regarding:
- Continuous operation
- Error-free performance
- Specific functionality
5.2 Liability Cap
Licensor's maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed USD $30. Excluded damages
include:
- Lost profits
- Data recovery costs
- Business interruption losses
6. Third-Party Components
Certain Software elements may incorporate:
- Open-source modules
- Licensed technologies

Partner codebases
All such components remain governed by their original licenses.
7. Legal Provisions
7.1 Governing Law
This EULA shall be interpreted under Georgia state law (USA), excluding conflict-of-law
principles.
7.2 Dispute Resolution
All claims shall be litigated exclusively in competent Georgia courts.
7.3 Complete Agreement
This document supersedes all prior oral or written understandings regarding the Software.
